· Taxing on all new and used cars. All sites Traveling to all sites is required.
· Bonus call manufacture – correct bonus to go on vehicles and branch.
· Profit reports each month and floor stocks every month
· Registering warranties on gap, smart key cover auto protect.
· Admin on franchise portals
· Internal posts e.g. log books parking fines etc
· Vehicle mileage checks
· Insurance register

Towbar & Service Technician Required in the Halesowen area
Basic Salary £27,000 with bonus available
32 days holiday entitlement
37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday ONLY!
Training available Our client is one of the UK's leading trailer specialist and is seeking a Towbar & Service Technician to join their team.
The main focus of this position is to both fit towbars to customer vehicles and service/repair trailers on their own fleet of vehicles.
The ideal applicant will have previous vehicle workshop experience to some extent. Experience working with towbars and trailers would be a distinct advantage but training will be provided. You must hold a full drivers licence with minimal points as well.
Your day-to-day duties as a Towbar & Service Technician will include the following:
Undertake daily duties as designated by the Branch Team and Workshop Diary
Fit towbars to customer vehicles having first checked for marks/scratches ensuring all marks are recorded on the relevant form.
Keep up to date with any changes to suppliers’ towbar fitting instructions including wiring via the Branch network and use of internet / intranet
Report any problems or damage relating to customers’ vehicles/property immediately to the Branch Manager/Assistant Manager
Service and repair the Company’s fleet of hire trailers to an agreed schedule
Maintain and update full records of each trailer in the Company hire fleet for servicing purposes

General Sales Manager, Worcester
Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join the management team at our CUPRA Dealership in Worcester.
The hours of work are between 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday with a day off in the week, Saturdays from 9am to 5pm and working every other Sunday from 10am to 4pm on a rota basis. Benefits include the use of a premium company car and an OTE of £70,000.
The successful individual will possess a positive, hands-on approach, exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a dynamic sales team. You will be expected to achieve both group and brand targets for new and used vehicles, within defined operating and financial guidelines.
Role and Responsibilities
You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customer’s expectations; In essence you will ensure that our customers buying experience is industry leading. You will also be accountable for handling customer queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved effectively.
To support the sales team in daily operations including but not limited to customer contact, sales funnel management, deal building and closing, professional vehicle preparation whilst ensuring that stock is kept to the company’s agreed levels.

We are seeking an Assistant Accountant to join our client for a superb Car Dealership Group one of the largest in the UK. This role is available as the previous candidate has been promoted so progression is encouraged.
This is a fantastic role for a commercially minded, motor trade experienced, accounts person ready to step up to the next level, or an existing Assistant Accountant to join their division. This is a role where you will work closely with the Dealership Accountant & Heads of Business, and the on-site Accounts office team, making a real difference to the operational performance while ensuring all financial control and accounting processes are in place.
Your focus will be on the day to day overseeing of the financial health of a Leading Car Brand franchises, and the efficient operation of an accounts team who processes daily accounting transactions for these sites. In addition to these duties, you will be required to
Assist with balance sheet control and risk/audit management,
Ensuring inventory checks meet internal requirements,
Managing working capital and ongoing cost reviews.
This can be a developmental role for somebody with aspirations to become a Dealership Accountant, you will take the initial lead for the Management Accounts - once trained.
They offer training, in addition, to study support and ongoing on-site training/leadership & support. You will work as part of the dealership finance & admin team, and as a part of our retail finance division and will work to support the dealerships with day-to-day financial reporting and management. Offered on a full-time basis, this role reports to the Regional Accountant.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role in the motor industry and will be equally adept at sole working as well as working with and supervising a small team.
