As a B2C Telesales Advisor, you'll be contacting residential customers by phone to promote energy services as well as gas and electricity products on behalf of Scottish Power. What's the environment like? It's a smart and stylish contact centre office. It’s vibrant and has a real buzz. It's business dress Monday to Thursday and casual on a Friday. There's spectacular views from the site, there's an onsite deli-bar with first class facilities including shower rooms, internet terminals, waterside picnic tables etc. There's even plans to put in an onsite gym later this year. What's the hours of work? Monday to Thursday is 12:30pm to 8:30pm and Friday is 11:30am to 7:30pm. How would you get to work? If you want drive in then there's onsite parking available. If you don't then it's easily accessible by public transport. The number 6 bus stops at Peel Park (every 10 mins) and it runs through Clydebank, the West End, the City Centre, the Gorbals, Govanhill, Battlefield and Cathcart etc. It takes 40 minutes from the city centre.
